The Power of Subconscious Mind

Why is that one man is rich and happy while another is poor and miserable?  Why one is fearful and anxious while another has full of faith and confidence? Why one has a beautiful and luxurious home while another lives in small house? Why one is a great success in life and another is an absolute failure? Why one is healthy with a positive mind set and another is unhealthy with a negative mind set?
The answer to all these questions is our subconscious mind. Whatever we constantly think, talk and feel about ourselves will ultimately become a reality. These thoughts will register in the subconscious mind as beliefs. This means, if a person constantly feels he is unlucky and a big failure in life, he/she will turn out to be a really unlucky one in all his endeavours.
All his/her efforts to make a good career, have a good family etc. will result in a big failure. Such is the power of subconscious mind.

What is subconscious mind? Why it plays an important role in one’s life?

We all have 4 minds.
  • Conscious mind
  • Subconscious mind
  • Unconscious mind
  • Super conscious mind
(>14 Hz)      Beta ‹-----------------› Conscious mind
(14 ~ 7 Hz)  Alpha
(7 ~ 4 Hz)   Theta ‹-----------------› Subconscious mind
(< 4 Hz)      Delta ‹-----------------› Unconscious mind
The state of our brain is defined by the frequency at which the brain vibrates. Four states have been identified.
They are Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Beta state is a state in which  the brain is active. It is also called Conscious mind. We do all our thinking and reasoning in this state.
Theta state is a state of dream. It is called as Subconscious mind.
Delta state is an unconscious state as the brain is vibrating at the lowest frequency. It is called Unconscious mind. This is a state of deep sleep.

Subconscious mind

  • Subconscious mind is a treasure house of past memories, beliefs, faiths etc. deeply stored. Information like names along with the pictures of faces are stored in it.
  • Subconscious mind takes care of all involuntary activities like walking, jogging, writing, eating etc. It even controls the activities happening within the body like the heart beat, blood pressure etc and takes care of the overall well being of the body.
  • Subconscious mind protects the person from dangers.
  • Subconscious mind is like a magnet as it attracts all things that resonate with the frequencies of its beliefs.
  • Subconscious mind acts like a radar sending and receiving signals from the super conscious mind.
Subconscious mind (SM) delivers what the Conscious mind (CM) conceives.
For example, If one’s conscious mind continuously feeds his/her SM that he/she may have problem in walking freely, SM will believe it strongly and it will make sure he/she will really have a problem in walking independently.
This explains why people with paralytic problem due to heart attack will find it difficult to walk on their own. More they think that they can’t walk due to fear of falling, more they lose confidence to walk. This is a vicious circle which creates a belief in the SM that the person is unable to walk. SM makes the beliefs turn into reality.
SM is 30,000 times more powerful than the CM. So, it is a giant within us and we need to have the knack to use its power.
